Shipping Methods and Carriers
All orders are shipped through Canada Post, Purolator or UPS, depending on your location. We strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Shipping Time
- Standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. Most places in BC will receive their order within 2-3 business days, whereas orders from Ontario will be received in approximately 7 business days.
- Delivery times may also vary depending on factors such as your address and the time of year.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping as an option during checkout. Expedited shipping is a faster delivery service with additional charges being determined by the carrier.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You can calculate the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before making your purchase. Please note that Canada is BIG and therefore, shipping is unfortunately costly. However, we use Shopify's discounted shipping rates to get you the best prices possible. If you think there's an error with the calculated shipping or there is a better price on shipping, please feel free to reach out to us! Orders above $300 will be shipped free of charge!
Local Pick-Up
If you live locally, you may choose to pick up your order in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver, BC. During checkout, under Delivery options, select "Pickup in store." As an online company we do not have a storefront, therefore, after your order has been successfully placed, we will email you to SCHEDULE A PICKUP APPOINTMENT at a mutually suitable time for you to collect your order. Depending on the size of your order and availability, we may be able to fulfill your order and allow you to pick it up by the following day or perhaps even on the same day.
