1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for secure online transactions.

2. Do you ship internationally?
We hope to one day be able to ship internationally! However, at the moment, we only ship within Canada. We aim to provide efficient delivery services to all regions within the country.

3. What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options. Shipping costs vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the products ordered. You can calculate the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before making your purchase. Please note that Canada is BIG and therefore, shipping is unfortunately costly. However, we use Shopify's discounted shipping rates to get you the best prices possible. If you think there's an error with the calculated shipping or there is a better price on shipping, please feel free to reach out to us!

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

5. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this does not include normal wear and tear.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified, but you may still be able to return it following our standard return policy.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services or personalized messages. We hope to offer this feature in the near future!

9. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
